2. Older operating systems may requrie additional charges.
3. This service does not cover the installation of new hardware or software. Separite charges may apply at our standard rate of $85.00 an hour.
4. All required or optional Parts or Upgrades are additional on all services and repair offers.
5. All services are available within 30 miles of 95128 Postal Code (San Jose - North). Additional charges may apply for extra traveling distance.
6. Computers must be made available to technician at the time of appointment.
7. This service is designed as a one-time visit to a small business with up to 25 PC's and/or Mac's.
8. Other arrangements maybe made for businesses with greater than any combination of 25 PCs and/or Mac's.
9. Changes to appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
10. Terms and Conditions may change without notice.
11. Payment for all services are due when invoice is received.
