We worked together and took the time to understand their business goals; where they wanted to be in the next few years, how large a patient base they were anticipating, and what new technologies they were likely to adopt.The solution involved upgrading some of their systems, installing a new server with the bandwidth and horsepower to meet their needs and allow for growth, and installing some new network ports.Dr. Nomura’s office is now running smoothly and efficiently, they are able to provide top-tier customer support, and the are assured that their office network will be able to grow with them.

Dr. Frame’s office was using the latest in dental office software, but was having a lot of problems; slow response times and frequent crashes were plaguing the office.Despite repeated calls to the software and hardware vendors, the problems just weren't getting resolved.After some investigation FITS discovered the problem – their network was infested with several undetected viruses that had corrupted hundreds of files!

After a thorough cleaning of the system, the software was reinstalled and reconfigured and today Dr. Frame’s office is running smoothly and efficiently, with great performance and no more crashes.
